Carris Reels is a manufacturer of reels for the wire and cable industry.  Based in Vermont, the company has 280 employee owners.  ICA worked with the owner to design an ESOP as a long term succession plan for his retirement. www.carris.com

Marland Mold

Marland Mold designs and manufactures molds and tooling for the plastics industry.  ICA designed an ESOP to help employees buy the company when the corporate parent, Tredegar Industries, announced its plans to close Marland.  ICA conducted a feasibility study, structured the buy-out, packaged the financing, and provided training to the employees.  Based in Western Massachussetts, Marland has 83 worker owners. www.marlandmold.com

Normandeau Associates is an environmental consulting firm.  ICA worked with executives from Thermo Electron Corporation, the seller, and management at Normandeau to structure an ESOP that met the seller's objectives and created 130 employee owners at Normandeau.  ICA structured the buyout, assembled the financing, and provided ESOP training to the employees.  www.normandeau.com
