plastics industry. ICA designed an ESOP to help employees buy the
company when the corporate parent, Tredegar Industries, announced its
plans to close Marland. ICA conducted a feasibility study,
structured the buy-out, packaged the financing, and provided training to
the employees. Based in Western Massachussetts, Marland has 83

worked with executives from Thermo Electron Corporation, the seller, and
management at Normandeau to structure an ESOP that met the seller's
objectives and created 130 employee owners at Normandeau. ICA
structured the buyout, assembled the financing, and provided ESOP
training to the employees. www.normandeau.com Once Again Nut Butter Once Again Nut Butter is a specialty food manufacturer based in
upstate New York. ICA Designed an ESOP for the owner to initially sell
49% of the company to the workforce with a long range goal of 100%
